1. General terms
1.1. This Policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as the User) that may be obtained by IP Cherkasov Alexander Olegovich, 432044, Russia, Ulyanovsk, Khrustalnaya Street, 52, when using the services/goods by the User, non-exclusive licenses provided, including through the website, services, programs used by IP Cherkasov A.O. and/or Affiliated persons (hereinafter - Site, Services).
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of personal information that the User provides about himself/herself independently when using the Site, Services or during registration for the purchase of goods/services, non-exclusive licenses from unauthorized access and disclosure.
1.3. The relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information provided by the User are regulated by this Policy of IP Cherkasov A.O. and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.4. By registering on the Site and using the Site and Services, the User expresses his/her full consent to the terms of this Policy.
1.5. In case of disagreement with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site and/or any Services available when using the Site must be immediately terminated.
1.6. In case of User's disagreement to receive information from IP Cherkasov A.O. and/or Affiliated persons, the User can unsubscribe from the mailing list:

by sending a notification to the email address pr@ul-friends.ru.
Upon receipt of notifications to the email address pr@ul-friends.ru,
a request is created in special software to account for actions related to the respective User based on the information received from the User. The request is processed within 24 hours. As a result, information about the User is removed from the mailing list in the MailChimp service and other services where the User was registered.
2. Objectives of collection, processing, and storage of information provided by Site users
2.1. Processing of User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. IP Cherkasov A.O. processes User's personal data for the following purposes:
identification of the party within agreements and contracts concluded with I/E Cherkasov A.O. and/or Affiliated persons;
provision of goods/services, non-exclusive licenses, access to the Site, Services to the User;
communication with the User, sending transactional emails to the User at the moment of registration on the Site or receipt of payment from the User, as well as sending notifications, requests to the User;
sending the User email and SMS messages of advertising and/or informational nature — not more than 1 message per day;
for setting up targeted advertising in Facebook and Google Ads;
verification, research, and analysis of data allowing to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Site.
3. Conditions for processing personal information provided by the User and its transfer to third parties
3.1. I/E Cherkasov A.O. takes all necessary measures to protect User's personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
3.2. I/E Cherkasov A.O. provides access to User's personal data only to those contractors and Affiliated persons for whom this information is necessary to ensure the functioning of the Site, Services, and provision of Services, sale of goods, obtaining non-exclusive licenses by the User.
3.3. I/E Cherkasov A.O. is entitled to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including for the purpose of preventing and/or suppressing illegal and/or unlawful actions of Users). Disclosure of the information provided by the User may only be made in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.4. I/E Cherkasov A.O. does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User and assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient information in good faith, takes care of timely updating of previously provided information when necessary, including but not limited to changing the phone number.
4. Terms of Use of the Site, Services
4.1. When using the Site, the User confirms that:
he/she has all necessary rights enabling him/her to register and use the Site Services;
he/she provides truthful information about himself/herself to the extent necessary for using the Site Services; mandatory fields for filling in for further provision of Site Services are marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the user at his/her discretion.
he/she realizes that the information posted on the Site by the User about himself/herself may become available to third parties not specified in this Policy and may be copied and distributed by them;
he/she has read this Policy, agrees with it, and accepts the rights and obligations specified therein. Familiarization with the terms of this Policy and checking the box next to the link to this Policy constitutes a written consent of the User to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer to third parties of personal data provided by the User.
4.2. I/E Cherkasov A.O. does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about Users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill obligations to the User.
5. Under this Policy, "User's personal information" means:
5.1. Data provided by the User independently when using the Site, Services, including but not limited to: name, surname, mobile phone number, and/or email address.
5.2. Data automatically transmitted to the Services in the process of their use by means of software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie information, information about the user's browser (or other program used to access the Services), access time, address of the requested page.
6. Changing and Deleting Personal Data
6.1. The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or her or its part, as well as the parameters of its confidentiality, by using the function of editing personal data in the section, or in the personal section of the relevant Service. The User is obliged to take care of the timeliness of making changes to previously provided information, its updating; otherwise, I/E Cherkasov A.O. is not responsible for failure to receive notifications, goods/services, etc.
6.2. The User also has the right to delete the personal information provided by him/her within a certain account. In this case, deleting the account may entail the impossibility of using some Services.
7. Amendment of the Privacy Policy. Applicable law
7.1. IP Cherkasov A.O. has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into effect from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version is always available on the page at
